The Retail Run, Inc. ("The Retail Run," "we," "us," or "our") operates the websites and messaging programs described in this policy.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to theretailrun.com, learn.theretailrun.com, and any other subdomains we operate, along with the email and text message programs you can sign up for on those sites.

3. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on our sites, we collect:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Any other information you choose to include when you contact us

Information collected automatically. When you visit our sites, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Your IP address
• Browser type and device information
• Pages you viewed, links you clicked, and how long you stayed
• The website or ad that referred you to us
• Information collected through cookies and similar technologies

Our websites are built on the GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) platform, which collects this kind of technical and usage information on our behalf.

We do not collect payment card information on our websites.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you marketing emails and text messages about our live shows, products, and promotions
• Let you know when we are going live on Whatnot
• Run giveaways and select winners
• Add you to the waitlist for, and communicate with you about, our mentorship and community programs
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support
• Understand how people use our sites so we can improve them
• Measure how well our ads and marketing are working
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and technical problems
• Comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service

5. Text Message (SMS) Program

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from The Retail Run.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to buy anything from us or to participate in our business.
• Message frequency varies. We do not send messages on a fixed schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
• For help, reply HELP to any text from us, or email [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only in these situations:

Service providers. We use outside companies to run our business. These include our website and CRM platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our email and text message delivery providers, and our analytics and advertising tools. These companies may access your information only to perform services for us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Legal reasons. We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we need to protect our rights, our safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. If that happens, we will require the new owner to honor this policy or notify you of any changes.

7. Email Marketing

If you sign up for our emails, we will send you marketing messages. You can opt out at any time.

• Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
• We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
• Every marketing email includes our physical mailing address.
• We do not use false or misleading subject lines or sender information.

You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you non-marketing messages, such as a reply to a question you asked us.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your form entries, understand how visitors use our sites, and measure and improve our advertising.

Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies, some parts of our sites may not work as intended. Your browser may also offer a "Do Not Track" setting; because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to those signals, our sites do not currently respond to them.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We keep your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — generally, for as long as you remain on our email or text list.

If you unsubscribe or opt out, we will stop sending you marketing messages. We may keep a minimal record of your opt-out (such as your email address or phone number on a suppression list) so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

10. Your Choices and Your Rights

Email. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us.

Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message from us.

Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email [email protected] and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request.

State privacy rights. Residents of certain states — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia — may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal information, and the right to opt out of certain kinds of data sharing. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising in ways that require an opt-out under those laws. 11. Children's Privacy

Our websites and programs are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please email [email protected] and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect, and we rely on established service providers who maintain their own security programs.

No website, database, or method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. You share information with us at your own risk.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Your continued use of our sites after we post an update means you accept the revised policy.
